Vagamon
By noon receive the guest at Vagamon and proceed to your accommodation. Evening sunset watch and night with camp fire.

Arrive at Chimmony Wildlife Sanctuary in the morning by 8 am. Start trekking with our team of guides and naturalist through the moist deciduous, semi-evergreen and evergreen forest patches for 4 hrs (approx 9 kms)to reach our camp site at Aanapporu. Lunch will be served at camp. Rest and relax at camp for some time. After tea and snacks, our naturalist and guides will guide you to some nearby areas where there are good chances for wildlife viewing and bird watching. Night stay at Camp.

Wake up to the calls of the jungle. Move around with your naturalist for an early morning birding session.After breakfast, trek deep into the jungles for four hours (6 kms, tough terrain). You are at leisure in the early afternoon. After lunch, our naturalist will take you for a walk through lush tropical jungle to watch birds and butterflies. You will see some rare and endemic orchids flowering. There are chances of spotting wild animals too. You may see Asiatic Elephant, Sambar, Malabar Giant Squirrel, Nilgiri Langur, Bonnet Macaque, and Gaur. Over dinner, Night stay at Camp.

Wakeup at 5.30 with tea and snacks. Early morning nature walk with our naturalist. After breakfast, a six hour’s trek (approx 12 kms). Expect to see wild animals during the trek. You will be passing through the moist deciduous, semi-evergreen and evergreen forest patches. Packed lunch will be provided. At camp, you are at leisure in the evening. There are more than 200 species of birds in Chimmony Wildlife Sanctuary. Over dinner, Spend the night sleeping in tents.

Wakeup at 5.30 with tea and snacks. An early morning birding trip will further lengthen your bird list including some rare endemics. After breakfast we trek back to Chimmony (2 hrs, 4 kms). After lunch depart for the onward journey.
